This more intimate training environment will ensure we will give you the most optimal coaching. We write out your strength programs in 4 week blocks then completely switch it after the 4 weeks so you don’t get stagnant and bored. We program where each week we have our clients performing different set and reps schemes to improve their endurance and strength. We write out workouts for you to do at home, at our facility during open gym hours, and are able to guide more thoroughly on how to achieve your results.
This program is hands off for you all you have to do is show up, work hard, and have a 80/20 lifestyle outside the gym and we guarantee you will see results quickly. With this program you also get unlimited cardio classes.
This environment helps us progress and regress your training much easier. It also always us to program more individualized workouts for our members. Lastly we are able to do a variety of different types of exercises and programming with 4 people in a workout.
