Semi-Private Strength Training
This more intimate training environment will ensure we will give you the most optimal coaching. We write out your strength programs in 4 week blocks then completely switch it after the 4 weeks so you don’t get stagnant and bored. We program where each week we have our clients performing different set and reps schemes to improve their endurance and strength. We write out workouts for you to do at home, at our facility during open gym hours, and are able to guide more thoroughly on how to achieve your results.
This program is hands off for you all you have to do is show up, work hard, and have a 80/20 lifestyle outside the gym and we guarantee you will see results quickly. With this program you also get unlimited cardio classes.
This environment helps us progress and regress your training much easier. It also always us to program more individualized workouts for our members. Lastly we are able to do a variety of different types of exercises and programming with 4 people in a workout.
Small Group Training
This programming is designed for the everyday person that wants to work on their general fitness. Very similar to our semi private programming, we program full body lifts. We try to hit all the main muscle groups and hit the muscles that we all want to improve. This program is great for people that love working out with others and get motivation and energy by others. Our strong community and the support of our coaches ensure you will get results. While their are more in numbers, we do a great job of teaching our members how to execute lifts properly. Through our thorough coaching of the movements, we are able to run a highly coached smooth class that will challenge you and change you. If we have a larger group we will have several coaches teaching to ensure everyone is getting the level of coaching needed.

30 min Fat Burning Classes
High intensity cardio based classes that are designed to increase fat burning throughout the day. These classes are designed for all fitness levels and we have progressions and regressions for all different people. We program the class where its a full body workout with dumbbells, trx’s, sleds, med balls, ski ergs, self propelled treadmills, and much much more. Every class is different and will challenge you every time.
Open Gym membership
This offer is unique as you can use our facility during our down hours. We have over 9,000 sq ft. of the best equipment in the city. We have 16 pieces of hammer strength equipment, 9 pullup bars, dumbbells up to 100 lb, 15 barbells, 4 yoke squat bars, 4 multi grip bench press bars, multi station cable system, and much much more. If you’re a fitness enthusiast or someone that doesn’t like a crowded commercial gym this is a great option. Bonus it comes with programming already created for you through our app. We have upper body lifts, lower body lifts, core workouts, cardio workouts, and even have travel workouts.
